Copper Mountain Ski Resort Terrain
Copper Mountain has 2,465 skiable acres and would have to be one of the easiest mountains to navigate for skiers and snowboarders thanks to its ideally laid-out naturally divided terrain. Working from West Village to East Village you have a family and beginner terrain area located above West Village. Moving across to Center Village the terrain at the bottom half is intermediate and as you go across to East Village the terrain steepens into black runs. Up high, as you would expect, is the more advanced and extreme terrain.
What Is Copper Mountain Like For Experts?
Experienced skiers are going to love skiing and riding Copper Mountain. Especially the upper mountain and back bowls, especially when you factor in the cat skiing rides that are free. Yes, that’s right two free snowcats provide free access to Copper Bowl and Tucker Mountain.
Tucker Mountain and Copper Bowl offer expert skiers and riders unprecedented access to over 273 acres and 12,000 vertical feet (3,657m) of Copper’s amazing high alpine back bowls across its 9,712 feet of elevation, but be warned it’ll be a first come first served basis!
