That’s why they take you skiing and boarding on private terrain in the Uinta Mountains, just 35 minutes from Park City.

In addition to cat skiing, Park City Powder Cats also offers guided backcountry tours and educational activities.

Powderbirds Helicopter Skiing and Riding

Powderbird claims to be Utah’s premier helicopter skiing operation. It was founded as one of the world’s first heli-skiing operations in 1973 and given the terrain and the great power snow conditions found in the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. It’s hard to argue with them. Their ski terrain is blanketed with over 500+ inches of the world-famous light Utah powder each winter. This low-density snow fills in their amazing terrain, including a variety of alpine bowls, open meadows, and chutes, and attracts deep powder enthusiasts from all over the world. With daily flights departing from Canyons and Snowbird Mountain Resorts, you are a stone’s throw away from Utah’s largest backcountry playground. The team specializes in individual and small groups and fly’s multiple high-performance AstarB3 Helicopters.
